About Steve Brady

After a successful career in Sales and Management in multiple industries, Steve Brady did not skip a beat when he entered the real estate field. He was quickly nominated as a Rising Star in Real Estate by the Philadelphia Business Journal. In addition to selling real estate full time, he was also the Sales Manager for the Phillyliving Team, one of Philadelphia's top real estate teams, prior to moving over to EXP Realty. During this time, he has also served as the Director of Operations for the Julie Allen, a top producing agent with EXP in the Phoenix, Az area.

Prior to real estate, Steve worked in the golf business where he served in roles ranging from Golf Professional, General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Regional Manager for one of the golf industries largest management companies. During this time, his courses were often nominated and awarded top performance awards throughout the entire company. Steve also was in the top 1% of all sales people nationwide with a leading foreign company, while also moving on to become a Sales Manager at one of their top franchises. He has mentored and coached many past coworkers who have moved up the corporate ladder and opened up other opportunities.

As a proven perfomer, Steve has made the effort to build relationships that have led to referrals from both his past clients, but also with real estate agents all across the country. He takes great care of his clients and does not look view clients as transactional, but rather as people he looks to know for a lifetime.

Steve is licensed in Pennsylvania and Arizona and has sold homes all across the Delaware Valley with a focus on the Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County markets in PA and Maricopa County in Arizona.
